Clinical Pilates,
done properly.
Imported equipment. Registered instructors. Plans built around your body — never the other way around.
It begins with a
one-hour consult.
Even if you've practised for years, your first session with us is always a one-hour initial consultation.
A qualified instructor assesses your range of movement, any injuries and any medical conditions you're managing. We talk about your goals. Then we build a plan that works backwards from them.
Pilates develops a complete, balanced physique — strength, flexibility, ease of movement, balance and control. Done well, it changes the way you live.
All Pilates classes — including the initial consult — last 55 minutes.
Three ways to train.
All tailored.
Class size is part of the prescription — not just a price point. We'll recommend the right ratio for where you are.

Everything you wanted to ask
before your first class.
Do I need to be flexible / fit / experienced to start?
No. We work with everyone from total beginners and rehab clients to elite athletes — and most things in between. Your initial consult sets the right starting point.
How often should I come?
Most clients see real progress with two sessions a week. We'll talk through what's realistic for your schedule and goals at your initial consult — there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
What should I wear?
Comfortable activewear you can move in. We work barefoot or with grip socks. Avoid loose tops on the reformer.
Do you offer mat classes?
Yes. Mat classes are capped at six people per class so the instructor can still adjust and correct individually.
Can I claim through private health?
Sessions delivered by our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists may be claimable depending on your fund. Please ask at reception or check with your provider directly.
